Cancellation of Live Courses, Online Courses and Subscriptions

Live Course Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted with written notice and received 14 days prior to the course date. Refunds and transfers minus the deposit fee of $75.00 are provided until 14 business days prior to the course date. No refunds will be issued if notice is received after 14 days prior to the course date. North American Seminars, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any course and will not be responsible for any charges incurred by the registrant due to cancellation. A full course tuition refund will be issued if NAS cancels the course. NAS reserves the right to change a course date, location or instructor. No refund will be issued if course is in progress and is interrupted by an Act of War or God or an issue beyond our control. NAS, Inc. will not be responsible for any participant expenses other than a course tuition refund for course cancellations.

Our cancellation policy is agreed to when you register for any live course,online course and/or subscription and is listed on every confirmation letter and on our website.

Online Course Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted with written notice. Refunds and transfers requests must be submitted within 24 hours. Online courses should be reviewed for accuracy, appropriateness of material and content for your license within 24 hours, we do not issue refunds for online courses after 24 hours from purchase. No refund or transfer can occur within the 24 hours if the online test has been accessed or material has been downloaded.

Online Registration Terms and Conditions are conditional to receipt of payment and medical professional status validation. By completing the credit card portion of the online registration, you agree to allow North American Seminars, Inc, the ability to charge your credit card for the amount of the course and any additional items added to your registration.

Annual Subscription Cancellation Policy

Subscription auto renews every year on the day and month of original purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Payments are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. In order to prevent charges for the next automatic, recurring annual subscription charge, your cancellation of that next year must be made by three (3) days prior to your scheduled renewal date. You may cancel a Recurring Subscription at any time, but if you cancel your subscription before the end of the current subscription period, we will not refund any subscription fees paid to North American Seminars, Inc. After any cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current subscription period. Cancellation must be completed in your myhealthclick account.

Medical Emergency

We can and do make exceptions to our policy, please submit a cancellation via our help system. Please do not expect an answer prior to your date of course attendance if that is less than two weeks prior to an event. Our entire team is focused on delivery of the upcoming continuing education events. North American Seminars does not accept doctors notes or certificates of death, we trust you and we will work with to accommodate your situation. Please consider that we receive a great number of cancellations and it is our intent to handle each one respectfully and properly. This may take us longer that you might like, but each of our customers deserves to be treated properly based on their unique situation.
